Hey, I'm Eva
Like many of you, I know what it's like to feel betrayed by your body. Despite being a life, health, and weight loss coach who has helped hundreds of women permanently lose weight, in 2024, I started gaining weight unexplainably - even though I was barely eating due to my depression and heartbreak over the end of a relationship.
I developed what many call a "cortisol belly" and looked pregnant. It was humiliating. Here I was, helping other women transform their bodies, while mine seemed to be working against me.
Through my journey with exhaustion, anxiety, depression, heartache, and insomnia, I learned what was really happening: my nervous system was stuck in chronic stress mode.
All my knowledge as a certified life coach, health coach, somatic coach, and personal trainer led me to a surprising truth - the missing piece wasn't a more intense workout plan. It was learning how to help my body feel safe again.
